The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites is a 38-story high-rise condominium in the center of Eastwood City.

Developed and owned by the Megaworld Corporation, the construction of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites started in 2005 and was scheduled for turnover in September 2010. For the units in this high-rise condominium, the options are studio unit, one-bedroom unit, two-bedroom unit, and three-bedroom unit, all with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The floor area also ranges from 36.5 square meters to 116 square meters.

LOCATION

The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites is one of the 12 luxury residential condominium towers located in the residential and commercial area of Eastwood City where more high-rises are currently being developed. The address of this high-rise condominium is 188 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5), Bagumbayan, Quezon City.

Eastwood City, the location of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites, was developed by Megaworld Corporation and was first launched in 1997. Currently, there are several luxury residential skyscrapers in the area as well as standard condominiums. There are also various offices and business centers in Eastwood City. The City is also home to different establishments from convenience stores to fast food outlets, to casual and fining dining. Also present in the area are pubs and bars that are often populated by the crowds of young adults and teenagers.

The location of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites is accessible to central business districts like Ortigas and Makati, as well as the Medical City and Bonifacio Global City. DEVELOPER

The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites was developed by Megaworld Corporation, which also developed the actual location of the high-rise condominium itself, Eastwood City. Megaworld Corporation has been developing real estate properties in the Philippines for 21 years already and some of the other completed projects of Megaworld Corporation are 8 Wack Wack Road, Bellagio 1, Richmonde Plaza, The World Centre, Pertron Megaplaza, Citybank Square, Central Business Park, and McKinley Hill.

For the design of this high-rise condominium, Megaworld Corporation worked with Recio and Casas.

CONSTRUCTION

The construction of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites started in 2005 with the turnover done in 2010. The structure was designed in such a way that the first four levels are for commercial and retail areas in the form of a mall, the 5th to 28th levels are for residential suites, and the 29th to 39th are for the hotel rooms. Moreover, the 29th to 33rd floors are for standard and deluxe guest rooms while the 34th to 38th floors are for executive guest rooms and suites.

BUILDING FEATURES AND AMENITIES

The 38 stories of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites structure are equipped with the following building featuresautomatic fire sprinkler system for all units, overhead water tank and underground cistern, standby power generator for common areas, driver’s lounge and toilet for selected parking levels, building administration and security office, maintenance and housekeeping, and a helicopter deck on the rooftop.

There are also recreational amenities for the residents and hotel guests of The Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites like the commercial mall at the podium floors, landscaped gardens at the podium deck, paved sunbathing deck, children’s playground, swimming pool with an arched trellis design at the podium deck, multi-purpose room, gym and sauna, two function rooms that can accommodate 60 people each, and changing rooms with shower in the pool area. Most of the recreational amenities are located in the 5th floor.
