One Corporate Centre is constructed on 2,888 square meters of prime commercial lot. It is located at the corner of two major highways in Ortigas. Architect Philip Recto, the designer of the office skyscraper, used a particular strategy in developing the design for the One Corporate Centre and its corner location. According to Architect Recto, his firm overlaid a rectangular grid layout on a circular foot print for “maximum space utilization without compromising the efficientcy of building circulation.” Also, since the lot is in the corner and there is a flyover on the side, creating space for vehicular access was done by constructing a driveway to the rear side, the Jade Drive. There is also a rotunda in this office skyscraper for drop-offs and pick-ups.

The construction of One Corporate Centre started in 2005 and was opened to the public in 2009. The floor area of this office skyscraper is 117,000 square meters or 1,259,377.52 square feet, with 45 floors above the ground and nine levels below the ground. One Corporate Centre  has a height of 202 meters or 662.73 feet from the ground to its antenna spire, although if the height would be measured from the ground just until to the roof, the height of this office skyscraper would be 185 meters or 606.96, still one of tallest towers in the Ortigas Central Business District.

One Corporate Centre also has the following amenities (either owned by the developer or by other parties): the food court, executive dining and restaurant, function rooms with audio-visual facilities, fitness centre, coffee shop and gallery overlooking the ground floor lobby for art and other exhibits.
