Gateway Garden Ridge

Gateway Garden Ridge is a 30-story high-rise residential condominium located in Mandaluyong City. The construction of this condominium started in 2005 and was completed in 2009. Gateway garden Ridge is also part of the Robinsons Pioneer Complex composed of other high-rise residential condominium projects, all developed Robinsons Land Corporation.

DEVELOPER

Gateway Garden Ridge is owned and developed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of the J.G. Summit Holdings, Inc. which manufactures consumer goods, commodity food products, textile, air transportation, and financial services. For years now, Robinsons Land Corporation has been developing residential condominiums, office skyscrapers, mixed-use properties, and shopping malls in various places all over the country.

The real estate department of Robinsons Land Corporation is further divided into Robinsons Luxuria, Robinsons Residences, Robinsons Communities, and Robinsons Homes.

This high-rise residential condominium is part of the Robinsons Pioneer Land Complex located in Mandaluyong City. Other high-rise residential condominium towers in the complex are One Gateway Place, Gateway Garden Heights, and Gateway Regency.
