Mosaic is a high-rise residential condominium developed by Brittany Corporation at Greenbelt, Makati City. The 30-story condominium has more than 190 units and seven parking levels with 120 parking slots. Mosaic is also the first designer condominium in the country that was built with a budget of P5 billion.

This high-rise condominium is a collaboration between the Lopez family, an affluent family in the Philippines, and the Brittany Corporation which is a member of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc.


Mosaic was constructed on a 909-square-meter land at 117 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. It is located in the Makati Central Business District, in front of Greenbelt 1 and beside the Asian Institute of Management. This residential skyscraper is in the quiet side of Legaspi Village and is close to Legaspi and Washington and Sycip Parks. There are also hospitals and schools, parks and sports facilities, and shopping malls nearby. Some of these establishments and institutions are the Makati Medical Center, Ateneo Professional Schools, MIT Makati, Asian Institute of Management, Legaspi Park, Makati Sports Club, Greenbelt Malls, Glorietta Malls, SM Makati, Landmark, and Rustans.

This high-rise condominium is also just a few minutes away from the downtown area, the police station, and the fire station, and less than an hour away from the seaside, as well as local and international airports.


The property developer of Mosaic is the Brittany Corporation which is known in the real estate circle as a developer that chooses only prime locations for their projects. Mosaic was inspired by the success of Brittany Corporations initial projects like the Portofino in Alabang, Brittany Bay in Sucat, and Crosswinds in Tagaytay. In the development of Mosaic, Brittany Corporation worked together with the Lopez family, headed by Emily Lopez. The architecture was done by W.V. Coscolluela & Associates and property management was handled by Brittany Property Management, Inc.

After the Mosaic project, Brittany Corporation developed the KL Mosaic, a place for art and architecture. It was created under the partnership of the Brittany Corporation and the Kalaw-Ledesma family. This real estate and property developer has also established the Avant at the Fort, another residential  high-rise condominium at the Bonifacio Global City.

Brittany Corporation also has several other projects like the The Islands, Georgia Club, Victorianne and Marfori at Lakefront City Central.


The living spaces in the tower are divided as followsall studio units from the 9th to 15th floors; studio and one-bedroom units from the 16th to 18th floors; studio, one-bedroom with den and two-bedroom units from the 22nd to 23rd floors; loft type units from the 24th to 29th floors; and three and four-bedroom penthouse units on the 30th floor. The floor area ranges from 69 square meters to 98 square meters (388 to 1,055 square feet). The construction of Mosaic was completed in December 2010 and was turned over to unit owners in the first quarter of 2011. The units also come with marble counter tops, tiled floors, and high ceilings. The tower of the Mosaic is also earthquake proof.

In addition, Mosaic has seven levels allotted for parking spaces. There are 120 parking slots with a slot-per-person ratio of 1:1.4. The seven levels reserved for parking space are divided as follows: two in the basement level and four from the 2nd to the 6th parking level. The 7th level of Mosaic is designated for the recreational and entertainment facilities, as well as for the swimming pool, fitness gym, and more.


The design of Mosaic is a combination of old world influences and contemporary styles. It also has features and amenities similar to those of hotels. Some of the condominium amenities and facilities are valet parking, concierge services, cocktail bar, covered parking levels with a state-of-the-art security system, a grand lobby lounge and coffee shop, housekeeping and maintenance services, indoor infinity pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool spa, sundeck, fitness facilities, day care center, back up power supply, fire alarms, security centers, high speed wi-fi connectivity, provision for cable TV, visitors lounge, and Jacuzzis and steam bath for some units. There are also parking slots for the  guests of the residents.

In addition, the unit types at Mosaic are studio (34-45 square meters), one-bedroom loft (54 square meters), one-bedroom (64-66 square meters), one-bedroom with den (77 square meters), two-bedroom (101-104 square meters), three-bedroom (138 square meters), one-bedroom loft with parking (54-98 square meters) and one-bedroom loft with den and parking (98 square meters).
