The Infinity

The Infinity is a mixed-use condominium development that is designed for residential and commercial purposes. The Infinity is currently the tallest residential skyscraper in the Bonifacio Global City, towering over the area with a height of 189.8 meters or 622.70 feet. The mixed-use condominium has 48 above-ground floor levels.

The Infinity is the first project of Nuvoland Philippines Inc. outside their Nuvo.City project located in Quezon City.


The Infinity is located on 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Malls, schools, shopping centers, restaurants, art galleries, bars, are also present in the area. Also, the Makati Central Business District and the Ortigas Central Business District, universities, domestic and international airports, Eastwood, and Araneta Coliseum are just a few minutes drive away from The Infinity. The project is also located near other major cities and places like Mandaluyong, Pasig City, Makati City, Antipolo City, Quezon City, etc., through the EDSA or C-5 route.


The Infinity is owned and developed by Nuvoland Philippines Inc., with the main contractor being the China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and the architects from Recio + Casas Architects. Project construction management was done by S.P. Castro Inc.

Aside from The Infinity, Nuvoland Philippines also has the Nuvo.City project located in Quezon City which is composed of eight residential high-rise condominiums. Other skyscrapers developed by Nuvoland Philippines are the Aspire Tower, Dream Tower, SkyLofts, and the Fifth Facade which bridges the five completed towers at Nuvo.City. The Fifth Facade promotes eco-friendliness and green development.


The construction of The Infinity started in November 2007 and was completed in December 2011. There were  no major issues or hitches during the four-year construction period, aside from the usual minor complaints of delay from the unit owners who bought during the pre-selling stage of the project.


The floor area of The Infinity is 37 to 86 square meters (398 to 926 square feet) and the choices of units are studio, studio with balcony, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with balcony, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with balcony. In addition, the amenities at The Infinity are categorized into two: the Residential Amenities and the Recreational Amenities.

Included in the Residential Amenities are the multi-level basement and podium parking, centralized mail room, high ceiling lobby reception area, security command center for 24-hour monitoring of building facilities, overhead water tank and underground cistern, audio intercom system, standby power generator for selected common areas, and a drivers lounge and toilet on selected parking levels.

There is also closed-circuit television (CCTV), hotel style concierge service, automatic fire sprinkler system for all units, laundry/cleaning/babysitting services, high ceiling patio and veranda adjacent to the swimming pool, maintenance and house keeping services, and a fully landscaped exclusive driveway and gardens.

For the recreational amenities, The Infinity has the followinga lifestyle and fitness gym, club lounge, locker and changing rooms, spa, swimming pool, playground area, and function rooms. The amenities area at the 11th level includes the swimming pool, the pool deck, gazebos, playground, gym, changing rooms, business centers, game room, daycare centers, function rooms, and a veranda.


The residential units in The Infinity starts at the 11th floor up to the 48th level. In every floor, there are only 12 residential units: one-bedroom, two-bedroom and executive studio units. There are also business and commercial units in the structure. For the executive studio, the features include modular closets and kitchen cabinets, toilet with mechanical ventilation, air conditioner, and ceramic tiles in the kitchen, toilet, and bath.

The one-bedroom unit features modular closets for bedrooms; toilet with mechanical ventilation; homogeneous floor tiles in living and dining area; air conditioner; bedroom with a common toilet and bath; painted wall and ceiling finishes in the living, dining, and bedroom areas; wood flooring in the bedroom; modular cabinets for the kitchen; and ceramic floor tiles in the kitchen, toilet and bath.

On the other hand, the two-bedroom  unit has a common toilet and bath with mechanical ventilation; modular closets for both bedrooms; air conditioner for all bedrooms; homogeneous tiles in the living and dining area, as well as the kitchen; modular cabinets for the kitchen; a masters bedroom with private toilet and bath; ceramic floor tiles in the maids room; wood flooring in both bedrooms; and ceramic floor tiles in all toilet and bathrooms.


Before the completion of the residential skyscraper, the tallest skyscraper in Bonifacio Global City was the Pacific Plaza. However, Nuvoland claimed that The Infinity surpassed the height of the Pacific Plaza and there had been some discussions over the Internet whether The Infinity had really replaced the Pacific Plaza as The Tallest Building in the Bonifacio Global City.

Another issue is the construction of The Infinity right in front of the South of Market towers or the SoMA towers. It was said before the start of construction that the view of some bedrooms in SoMA, especially those that are facing the south, would be blocked because of The Infinity. However, the architects of The Infinity made a study and  made sure that The Infinity would be located in the middle of the two-tower SoMA structure.

The amenities are all located on the 11th floor and since the skyscraper has residential and office units, there would be separate entrances for those who are living there and for those who have their offices at The Infinity.
