Avida Towers Cebu: 22-story, twin-tower high-rise residential condominium located in Cebu City

Avida Towers Cebu is a 25-story twin-tower high-rise residential condominium that was developed by Avida Land Corporation, which is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc., in partnership with Asian i-Office (AiO). This twin-tower high-rise residential condominium was launched in 2010 and the completion and turnover of both towers is slated in 2013. The land area for Avida Towers Cebu is 6,262 square meters and both of the towers will be built in a linear manner, in accordance to the lot configuration. There will be a total of 1,045 residential units in Avida Towers Cebu, with 518 located in Tower 1 and 527  in Tower 2. There will also be 24 units per floor and the choices for the residential units are studio units, one-bedroom units, and two bedroom units. The floor area of these residential units start from 22.1 square meters for the studio unit to 52.5 square meters for the two-bedroom unit. There are garden units as well, located in the podium level. The price range for these units in Avida Towers Cebu is P1.5 million to P4.4 million.

Avida Towers Global City is a twin-tower high-rise residential condominium located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Developed by Avida Land Corp., the area of Avida Towers Global City is situated in a 4,000-square-meter property in St. Michael’s Block. The completion of the construction of the first tower is scheduled in 2013 and will immediately be followed by the construction of the second tower. Celadon Park: A four-tower residential condominium complex developed by Alveo Land of Ayala Land Real Estate and located in Sta. Cruz, Manila.

Celadon Park is a four-tower residential condominium complex located in Sta.Cruz, Metro Manila and was developed by Alveo Land which is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Real Estate.

The first two towers, Tower 1 and Tower 2, are already available in the market by 2012 while the remaining two towers are still in the process of construction. KL Mosaic is a 32-story high-rise residential condominium developed by Vista Land, located in Legaspi Village, Makati City. The success of the prior Mosaic high-rise residential condominium inspired the creation of KL Mosaic. Aside from being a residential skyscraper, KL Mosaic is an art space as well. Shaped as a hexagon with slanted balcony frames for wider perspective, KL Mosaic is also known as the pioneer of “ART-chitecture” style in the Philippines. Inside this high-rise residential condominium is an art collection from the Kalaw-Ledesma family, located inside “The Biggest Little Room” gallery.

The development budget allotted for this real estate project by developer being St. Francis Square Group of Companies was P55,000,000. BSA Twin Towers towers over Ortigas with a height of 215 meters or 705 feet, with a floor area of 78,600.93 square meters. There is also a third building which is adjacent to this twin-tower skyscraper condominium, the four-story St. Francis Square Mall. In addition,  BSA Twin Towers is considered as one of the tallest towers in the whole of the Philippines.
